Par contre le poulet etait sec, avec un riz sans goût, bourratif, manque de sauce.
Je pense comme on n'a attendu 3 quart d'heure entre l'entrée et le plat principal il devait plus avoir de sauce en cuisine... déçu...
Remarque : pourquoi ne faites vous pas des plats traditionnels, revisités (blanquette, daube, pot aux feu). La plupart des gens ne font plus ces plats à cuisson longues, ils n'ont plus le temps... quand je vais au restaurant, j'attends de manger autres choses que ce que je mange a la maison.
