Laurent Guenot had created a unique concept: go to a restaurant where you can taste fresh produce while choosing a glass of wine from an attractive menu. Agnès and Stéphane are continuing the adventure. As you enter, you'll be seduced by a bright room and a smiling welcome. At lunch, you'll enjoy a daily menu offering excellent value for money. The plates are beautifully presented and the flavors authentic. In the evening, you'll enjoy fresh, beautifully prepared products accompanied by a glass of wine.

Enjoyable restaurant in the centre of Saintes. The service was good and a very pleasant atmosphere. The food was excellent, with a lovely bottle of white wine. It was all very enjoyable and we left very satisfied. We will be back in to taste the other items on the menu.

Excellent restaurant, plats créatifs, cocktails délicieux et produits travaillés de très grande qualité. Notre enfant de 4 ans s'est regalé avec la purée de panais notamment. La directrice est très flexible pour les enfants et nous a permis de passer un délicieux moment dans une ambiance réconfortante. Merci pour votre accueil, nous penserons forcément à vous en revanant sur Saintes !
