Ideally located in the heart of Sainte-Marie, this brasserie also boasts a lovely shaded terrace, a bright patio and a workshop with a fireplace. We love the friendly atmosphere and the decor. The restaurant's surprising dishes include Charentaise chowder and Mr. Vallégeas' brioche perdue. In the evening, with friends, enjoy fresh fruit cocktails with original names: Basilic instinct, Le bonheur est dans le pré, Mon frère de la côte... All served with a board of charcuterie, cheeses or the market gardener's basket.

Un moment très sympa en cette soirée de tempête météo sur l’île de Ré, un service assuré par une équipe très souriante et conviviale, des assiettes superbes. Coup de cœur pour la terrine maison ;)
