A 37-hectare protected natural site, where walkers can admire and enjoy the flora and fauna.
This 37-hectare protected natural site was acquired and developed by the Conseil Général de la Charente-Maritime. Set between sea and forest, this is a popular spot for nature lovers, who will delight in admiring the flora and fauna, particularly the wild orchids. On this former farmland, footpaths allow walkers to take full advantage of this natural setting, while spotting birds such as grey herons and little egrets. Freely accessible to the public, the site also boasts sports facilities.

Place for a stroll cherished by all: families, sportsmen on foot or by bicycle, dog walkers… All this activity makes it difficult to observe the birds in the afternoon!! the walk is nice all the same.
