Nice little villas at the end of a dead end road opening onto the Avenue de la Grande Côte which separates this Lagrange residence from the Carrelets de l'océan. In other words, you are only a few hundred metres from a beautiful beach and you live mainly outdoors in season. When you come back home, it is often meal time, which you prepare in the fully equipped kitchen of your tastefully decorated apartment. One sauna session is offered per apartment per week, the following sessions are still charged 8 €. On site there is also a playground, a bowling alley and a bike rental.

Ideal location for this atypical residence by Lagrange, since it consists of two small buildings and a characterful house right in the heart of the beating summer of Saint-Palais, a few metres from the central beach. In other words, you are standing with your feet in the water and on the cobblestones of the busy streets in summer. The apartments, probably not the most recent of the group, have an equipped kitchenette, a complete bathroom, a balcony or a terrace with garden furniture
