La Cible is first and foremost a splendid location, a seaside restaurant ideal for relaxing close to Saint-Martin. Denis managed La Pergola for 10 years before opening this establishment, which delights Rétais and tourists alike. The warm welcome makes you want to sit under a coconut umbrella to eat with your feet in the sand, or in the paillote-style room with its trendy decor and pleasant atmosphere, with a bay that's open enough to let you see the ocean. At lunchtime, you can enjoy lunch in the shade of the sails, watching the children play on the beach, while in the evening, you can dine under the soft light of the lanterns. It's up to you to choose what you'd like to enjoy from the inventive menu, which gives pride of place to fresh produce: Peruvian-style ceviche, maki hotrolls, just-marked sardines from Brittany, octopus from Galicia and squid ink semolina, Thai chicken salad...
