Après avoir apprécié une "naufrageurs sur fleur de sel", pourquoi aller voir la brasserie qui brasse cette petite merveille.
dans une ancienne abbaye, nous avons pu faire un stock de bière blanche à la fleur de sel, ambrée, parfumée au Gingembre..
Tout cela avec un accueil sympa et des conseils de dégustation bien venus
