The barmaids will take pleasure in explaining the composition of their mixtures based on whisky, cognac or rum, some of which have evocative names. For the courageous who will have been able to resist the very rich card of cocktails, there remains "the Chantaco" (without alcohol). L'Echoppe is also a place where one comes to attend many concerts. Friendly atmosphere guaranteed because here the staff is smiling!
