It is a green bower, a haven of peace within walking distance of Saujon and the beaches of Royan. The place is ideal, an old wine estate, witness of an era when the brandy trade was at its high, as the authentic wine cellar attests it. What a pleasure to push the door of the guest house, a mansion built between the 17th and the 20th century! As you enter there, you will be seduced by the reception of Livia and Fabien Pacaud who offer you four rooms that are spread over two floors. On the first floor, the Compagnie room with romantic spirit, that will delight lovers, and that of Monsieur, with authentic character with its spacious shower. You still need to climb a few steps to reach the Coloniale room and that of the garden side. It is one of the qualities of this place, a green setting which gives the opportunity to have a rest peacefully. Nature is preserved, the hot water of the sanitary facility is solar. In one of the wings of the residence, there is a cottage that can accommodate up to 6 people. It features all modern comforts, the washing machine in the kitchen and the fireplace. Last asset, the breakfast. Served in the lounge dining room, it includes among others pastries and jams. Enough to gain strength for those who like to run in the vineyards.

Nous avons profité de la jolie terrasse aménagée malheureusement le temps ne nous a pas permis d utiliser la piscine dommage !!
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Fabien et Livia. Karine a été une hotesse hors paire durant notre séjour nous servant de superbes petits déjeuner

Karine que l'on rencontre le matin, nous sert un petit-déjeuner copieux de grande qualité. Dynamique, investie et toujours joviale, elle saura vous informer sur la région et ce qu'il y a à faire, à voir.
La chambre "Côté Jardin" dont nous avons profitée, est spacieuse, confortable, jolie et très propre.
L'endroit est calme, charmant, bien placé, reposant et très bien entretenu.
Une belle piscine où il fait bon plonger.
