Bar-restaurant lounge with terrace, managed by Jean-Marie Zimmermann, master restaurateur, on the beach of Pontaillac in Royan.
This restaurant is best known for its prime location on Pontaillac beach. On the seafront, in an iodized atmosphere, you'll take your place on the terrace, watching sea bathers and delighting in a subtle sunset. The room may be a little noisy, but the warm decor makes it a pleasant place to enjoy breakfast (or brunch at weekends). At lunchtime, the menu served during the week offers a quality lunch. In the evening, cocktails and tapas are the order of the day.

Je viens depuis 2014…j’ai connu lorsque face à New-York et la Jabotière existaient…je n’étais pas revenu depuis 3 ans suite à un déménagement
et bien ce fut une véritable catastrophe !
Tout à changé l’accueil extrêmement basique voir inexistant, la nouvelle disposition des lieux d’une froideur glaciale !
Et surtout la qualité de la nourriture qui est juste inacceptable…
un brunch américain à 22€ ou entre le congelé, les produits industriels, et les faibles quantités, on finit clairement avec la faim au ventre…
je regrette vraiment l’ancienne version qui était un des meilleurs restaurants de Royan
Lieu à éviter désormais !
