Quel surprise de se voir apporter une mise en bouche a l'appétit, puis une chose encore plus surprenante, l'usage du ramassé miettes avant le dessert.
Le mijoter de joue de boeuf avec un viande fondante nappé d'une sauce avec du goût.
Et pour finir une pavlova peu sucrée.
