Welcome to Kaska 64, the training center open to all. Here, various combat and self-defense sports are taught. KRAV MAGA, KMRED, French boxing, sparring techniques. Who hasn't experienced a bad encounter one day and, there, it's hard not to put yourself in the place of the victim. What are the gestures that save ? KMRED is a simple, direct and efficient fighting discipline that is for everyone, children, women and men, and allows you to better defend yourself or to simply practice in leisure mode.

Introductory and advanced sessions, hikes, walks and courses for adults and children are available all year round. Nestling between the River Nive and the mountains, the heights of Ustaritz offer a wealth of original nature walks. In addition, participation in local events such as the Andalusian parade in Saint-Jean-de-Luz and the horse festival organized at the equestrian center are offered.

A great idea for a family outing. By a towpath transformed into a track, it is possible to reach Bayonne. A pleasant walk reserved for pedestrians, cyclists, rollerbladers and horse riders. The preservation of the banks of the Nive and its development belong to the mixed syndicate of the Nive maritime made up of the towns of Bayonne, Bassussary, Villefranque and Ustaritz. A preserved site, a space of peace, of nature and one sometimes crosses pilgrims coming from the four corners of the world.
