This farm is a fine showcase for our local know-how. The farm has been raising pigs for several generations, with animals reared on site and fed on cereals grown on the farm. Processing is carried out according to traditional methods, and family recipes are used, without colorants or preservatives: ham, sausage, lomo, preserves, terrines, with awards from the Concours Général Agricole. La Ferme also offers fresh meat: andouille de porc, barquette de porc mariné, boudin basque etc.

Welcome to the Farm Network. Open Wednesday 2pm-5pm, Friday 5pm-7pm, Saturday 9am-12pm. Fresh meat, cured meats, preserves, gift boxes. Online sale and delivery in France.

Message from Management

La Ferme les Acacias, pig farmers in the Basque Country

Pig farmer from father to son for 30 years at URT in the Basque Country, 15 km from Bayonne.

Our products are made from animals raised on our farm, and fed with cereals grown on our farm and locally. The pigs are fattened until maturity, then cut up and processed on the farm using traditional methods.

The products made from the family recipes are natural, without colouring, which gives them an
incomparable
flavour and
taste.

In our farm shop, you will find our range of farmhouse charcuterie (ham, sausage, lomo...), but also our preserves and verrines, including our pâté de campagne (silver medal at the 2016 general agricultural competition) and Axoa pork with sweet peppers from Anglet.

You will be able to find fresh meat in retail or in parcels according to your

requests.

And also, in order to always satisfy you, we also offer you a selection of local products (ducks, wine, jams...)
