For more than 40 years, he has put his know-how and his passion to good use in his profession. To discover, the Fines de Claires, one of the favorite oysters of the consumers. You can also buy the Speciales de Claires and the Pousses en Claires, the most typical oyster of the Marennes-Oléron range.

Je viens d'acheter 200 fines de claires N°4 pour ces fêtes de fin d'année. Pour commencer, mon adresse était mal rédigée et si le livreur n'avais pas été consciencieux, je n'aurais pas été livré. Ensuite et concernant le produit, il n'y avait pas la quantité (95 pièces dans un cageot où il est écrit : quantité minimum 100 ... 96 dans son jumeau), il y avait plus de la moitié de ces huîtres qui étaient de calibre N°5 (déjà que les N°4 ne sont pas les plus grosses) enfin, la qualité était médiocre : Maigres, très maigres, aucune consistance, peu de goût. C'est limite escroquerie. Déception totale ! Je ne veux plus jamais entendre parler ce producteur et il va de soi que je ne le recommande pas, du moins pour achat par correspondance.
