Chef Jemmy Brouet's bistronomic cuisine at Place du Marché in La Pallice.
Adjacent to the market square of La Pallice is this amazing "chic bistro". The atmosphere is friendly: the view plunges here into the kitchen like a glass roof, and a long wooden table allows you to share a meal with friends. Former right-hand man of Ducasse, chef Jemmy Brouet is a passionate man who worked notably at the Jules Verne, on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. The menu, deliberately reduced, evolves over the weeks, offering a refined and gastronomic seasonal cuisine. Smart: we think here of veggies and gluten-free, and on Fridays and Saturdays evenings, the chef offers a real waltz of flavours with a surprise tasting menu of 3 to 7 courses, composed according to your wishes.

Open all year round. Monday to Friday for lunch; Thursday to Saturday in the evening. Menus from 39 € to 89 €. Children's menu: 15.50 €. Lunch formula: 21,50 € (starter/main course or main course/dessert or 25,50 € starter/main course/dessert). Terrace.
