Formerly Ducasse's right-hand man, chef Jemmy Brouet is an enthusiast who has worked at the Jules Verne, on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. Belle surprise pour ce restaurant dont on ou avait parlé. Nous étions une table de 4, le 17 février. Tout était absolument délicieux. Cuisine raffinée. Le chef n'est pas bon , il est très bon ! Bravo on reviendra.

Dégustation du menu Saint Valentin, on sent une réelle envie de faire plaisir, de jolies attentions, un service agréable (bien qu'un peu débordé mais n'étant que deux on ne peut pas leur jeter la pierre...) et surtout une cuisine fine et inventive, recherchée et savoureuse, de celle qu'on ne reproduit certainement pas tous les jours chez soi :) Bravo à l'équipe pour le travail accompli.
