World cuisine and 100% organic wines in a restaurant in La Rochelle
Colored seats and chairs, round tables on barrels, some outdoors on the small street of the Chaîne and especially bottles exposed as works of art: That's all this, Ze Bar! Highlighted with pride, the wine is presented here as the most noble of drinks. And not any one, 100% organic! (more than 80 references). And to taste a glass of Valseuses, Perruches or Bohemia what better than a cumetry, cheese or mixed. Everything is delicious: salami, countryside pâté, country ham, sausage and tuna rillets and fresh cheese. A true moment to enjoy between friends with a glass of red wine (Auvergne, Ardèche), a white (Loire, muscadet on lie) and even natural sparkling sparkles. The atmosphere is warm thanks, among other things, to the enthusiasm of Philippe Darmon called "fifi", the host of the place, which is above all a passionate and will give you valuable information about wines. Philippe le patron est toujours là . Il connaît sa partition par cœur et j’adore lui laisser le choix du divin breuvage . C’est également très bon dans les assiettes .
