Mussels and organic oysters in an oyster farmhouse with terrace at the fishing port of La Rochelle.
This hut, set in the heart of the fishing port, is a unique place! We come here to enjoy delicious seafood of remarkable freshness. The Durivaud brothers have been raising mussels for nearly 20 years. This organic product, of a rare quality, is to be tasted in two formulas: 500 g or 700 g trays served with bread, butter and the inevitable glass of white. Don't look here for multiple recipes, the mussels are cooked au naturel with only a few herbs. That's how they reveal all their aroma. Smart, you can accompany them with homemade chips, but also enjoy 100% natural oysters or shrimps.
