Traditional restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and a friendly welcome offering clams in La Couarde-sur-Mer.

Don't expect to find a traditional restaurant here. This oyster farm is above all a place dedicated to all those who wish to make a stopover to taste ultra fresh products. The atmosphere is pleasant, the welcome friendly, enough to make you want to relax for a good moment while devouring sea products. Here, no mystery: the seafood goes directly from the producer to the consumer. It's up to you to choose from a short menu. Of course, the oysters are in good place: in platters from 6 to 16 and accompanied by bread, butter, lemon and the inevitable glass of white wine. You can also find mussels in summer and clams cooked in different ways.

My wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying this authentic and charming restaurant on a cold and rainy day. The hostess was so welcoming and generous with her knowledge of oysters and the food was delicious. The fish soup is quite simply the best I have ever tasted. The balance of fish and salt was perfect. You could actually taste the fish instead of just salt. Highly recommended. Go and enjoy this simple little treasure.

La qualité des produits est excellente. Le cadre est naturelle et reposant. Les conseils sur le choix des produits est parfait. Nous avons dégustés ces bons produits avec plaisir deux jours de suite. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Les prix sont cohérents par rapport à la qualité des produits.

Los mejores mejillones de la isla! Quien quiere patatas fritas cuando el producto y la receta es espectacular. Ostras calientes para probarlas de otra manera muy interesante. La camarera es un encanto y puede con todo el servicio muy eficientemente. Sitio sencillo, con encanto en las bellas marismas de Loix. Para repetir. Gracias!
