The Upper Region green route: quiet walkThe Green Route of Haute-Region crosses Clérac, Chevanceaux and Chantillac (frontier of the Dordogne). Along the 14 km of an old railway, a journey accessible only to pedestrians, cyclists, riders, rollers and people with reduced mobility. Ideal for family walks, the smooth coating allows any type of travel provided it is not motorized. There are rest areas throughout this shady stroll, which extends for 21 km from the south Charente to Barbezieux under the name "La Chopine". In the end, this green route will reach Angoulême.
