On the road to Sare, on the banks of the River Nivelle, the Zuzulua restaurant blends into the heart of the Basque Country. In a style that is both traditional and modern, people come here to share some tapas, enjoy meat and fish over a wood fire or taste seafood! What is the origin of Zuzulua? Placed next to the fireplace, this bench-cabinet was present in most of the dining rooms of Basque Country farmhouses. The dishes and their origins are also Basque. A cider house menu is also available. Plates as generous as the atmosphere!
