This small village is a model for the beautification of villages in rural areas, as the efforts made in the choice of materials or to bury the networks prove how simple it is, with a bit of willpower, to make something beautiful. Don't stay in the streets for all that and stop at the 12th century church and especially at the lime tree known as "de Sully", since its plantation is attributed to this great minister. In addition to the beautiful tree, the commune also owes part of its fame to the fact that every seven years it hosts the ostensions: a religious tradition in Limousin (even if you are in Charente), dating back more than ten centuries, which means that the relics of Saint Joachim and Saint Severus can be walked around the village.
