Since 1996, discover and taste cider varieties made from emblematic apples. An ancestral tradition going back centuries. The planting of a variety of apples (Anisa, Xamula, Peatxa, Eztika...) allows you to appreciate the diversity and traditional know-how of these Basque cider producers. 5 orchards are under the AB label and others are in the process of conversion. You can discover Eztigar's production methods in the workshop, and taste their products at the bar: charcuterie platter, ice creams and, of course, ciders.
