With one of the best views in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, this restaurant was founded by the former team from the Iparla restaurant in Bidarray. Traditional cuisine as refined and generous as ever, with dishes that taste just right and are cooked to perfection, all in a pleasant, bright setting. You'll love the pan of braised foie gras escalopes, the plank of ham to share, the filet of sea bream a la plancha or the cream of mushroom, ventrèche and pumpkin, the veal medallion with amaxti sauce, and finally the marble cake and mousse.
