MAISON GASTELLOU

Local producer

From the breeding of meat cows and pigs in the open air, to the canning and salting of hams. Dry-cured hams from Bayonne and Garazi, sausages, chorizos, ventrèches, rillettes, pâtés..., dishes cooked in jars and home-made Basque cakes! A beautiful know-how.

On the drinks side, beers from local brewers, ciders, apple juice from the surrounding orchards, wine from Irouléguy. Fresh organic vegetables, a "bulk" section, and... farm chickens and roasted chickens on Sunday. A real nugget at the antipodes of the standards.
