At Patxi's, Mr. and Mrs. Arburua excel in the local delicatessen and butcher shop. Sausages, pâtés, hams, ready-made meals are made directly from the lab adjoining the shop. In the butcher's shop, the meats come from the surrounding area and are also cut in the lab. Here, everything is partly home-made. And the flavour of the cured meats does not deceive the loyal local clientele, because the quality has been there for a long time. Beef, veal, mutton, pork and home-cooked dishes... An address where taste and freshness are a priority.
