At H2O, you'll have a fun-filled introduction to one of the Basque country's most popular sports: surfing. Fred and Jean-Christophe, the 2 instructors who have been at the helm since 1996, will introduce you to the pleasures of riding the waves, the natural environment associated with surfing, and the magnificent seascapes, particularly during Stand Up Paddle outings. Supervised by qualified instructors, lessons are given on the beaches of Bidart, on waves that are not too powerful, but enough to learn on, allowing a risk-free initiation.

Open all year round. Initiation for all public - Training course / discovery session (course of 8 people max) - Training course / improvement session (course of 8 people max). Stand-Up Paddle session. Private lesson / personal coach. Beach" rates (direct appointment at Uhabia beach in Bidart): 40 € per session -180 € for 5 sessions. Peak up" rates, all year round (departure from Saint-Jean-de-Luz shuttle bus): 45 € per session - 190 € for 5 sessions. Private lesson 1 hour : from 100 € / pers, 180 € for 2 pers. Special rates for groups, associations and works councils: discounts from 5 to 25% depending on the number of participants. Registration and payment possible online. All rates on the website.
