Dune is a gamble taken in 2021 by Antoine, who revisits local cuisine with chef Nathalie. Installed since April 2023 in the Le Fiacre hotel, the Dune restaurant has several dining rooms and an outdoor terrace. Here, priority is given to fresh produce, to offer tasty moments: matured meats, fresh fish. No nasty surprises! The menu, which changes frequently, offers a wide range of delicacies: marrow bones, asparagus and truffles, snails, beef, pollack, vegetarian dishes, pork, tarts, iced creations, brownie, and more.

Hôtel Le Fiacre is located in Quend, in an old half-timbered farmhouse renovated in 2022. It offers 12 spacious, comfortable rooms of different categories to ensure your stay is a pleasant one. Each room has its own unique style, with a refined decor. What's more, they're equipped with everything you need, including heating, air conditioning, TV, safe, minibar and Wi-Fi. The establishment also offers 2 furnished apartments. Set in exceptional countryside surroundings, this is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. It has a bistronomic restaurant, "Dune", where you can enjoy a gourmet break of the highest quality. In a rustic setting, the menu offers traditional, innovative and gourmet cuisine. For example, you can opt for its delicious langoustines. In fine weather, you can enjoy the heated outdoor swimming pool. For your private or corporate events, the hotel has plenty to offer. We have a large hall for 60 people, a fully-equipped meeting room and two terraces in a landscaped garden.

Repas délicieux, menu enfant sympathique sauf pour les desserts, nous sommes tous les 4 d’ailleurs restés déçus par le choix des desserts.
