Coop Agric Vignerons Montaren is a wine cooperative based in Montaren-et-Saint-Médiers. It has 19 members and a cellar where you'll find wines that promise moments of shared pleasure and conviviality. Their originality is the result of special care by the winegrowers, collaboration with a viticultural technician and quality vinification. The Cave Coopérative offers a wide range of wines. You can, for example, opt for the concentrated wines of the IGP Pays d'Oc or be tempted by those of the AOP Duché d'Uzès. The products in this range are distinguished by their elegance and aromatic complexity. As for IGP des Cévennes wines, they're tauter and more refreshing. A good address to find the ideal wines to accompany your meal or parties.

Déj pro ? Service efficace, ambiance calme, assiettes qui te donnent envie de poser ton PowerPoint et d’applaudir le chef. Soirée entre amis ? Terrasse cosy, lumières douces, et des plats qui mettent tout le monde d’accord, même Kevin, celui qui trouve toujours “que c’est un peu fade”. Bah là, il a léché son assiette. True story.
Oublie ton Tupperware, viens manger ici. Menu équilibré entre tradition et petites touches originales — comme si un chef étoilé avait eu une discussion avec ta grand-mère. Bonus : la carte des vins ne plaisante pas. Et le dessert ? Juste… oui.
Que tu viennes avec ton ordi ou avec ton crew, La Cour de l’Ermitage sait recevoir. À croire qu’ils ont un doctorat en “bon moment garanti”. Allez-y les yeux fermés… mais ouvrez-les quand même pour lire le menu, ce serait dommage de rater ça.
