In the same elegant, bucolic setting, you can choose between the relaxed brasserie menu of the "Grand Prix" or an exceptional gastronomic stopover at the "Jeu de Paume". Chef Alexandre Paget's menus vary with excellence, offering a perfect blend of local and international flavors, some of them surprising: pan-fried foie gras with strawberries, braised sea bream, potatoes and andouilles béarnaises or... Baba mojito! On the "Grand Prix" side, you'll love the Beaumont Burger and the plate of 30-month-aged Iberian ham. The setting is creative, the service discreet and efficient.
