Located in the heart of Pau, opposite the Centre Bosquet, L'Entrecôte is a very pleasant restaurant that lives up to its name, because the star here is... entrecôte! Scrupulously selected for their quality, the meats take pride of place on the menu. Mostly organic and locally sourced, they have made the restaurant's reputation. But the Italian side of things isn't too shabby either, with original specialities including a wide variety of pizzas. Other dishes on the à la carte menu include sweetbreads, the famous pasta dishes, and ice cream desserts. The setting is warm and traditional, and a terrace expands the space in fine weather.

L’atmosphère du restaurant est convivial, accueil chaleureux, il faut s’y rendre tôt sinon vous n’aurez pas de place ! Ça vaut le coup
