This Japanese restaurant, specializing in the manufacture and sale of maki and sushi, was one of the first to set up in Béarn. It stands out for the quality and variety of its products. The preparations are worthy of the finest Japanese brands. The cuisine is authentic and tasty, using fresh fruit and vegetables, mostly local, and Label Rouge fish from responsible fishing. With its slogan We fish - We care, the restaurant sets the tone: here, we're eco-committed. Sunset rolls with beet, sweet pepper, cheese and tuna, California rolls with foie gras, figs and shrimp... innovation is the order of the day.

Lieu étonnant ! Une cuisine japonaise excellente, des produits super frais, un service impeccable et très gentil. Il ne reste plus qu'à y retourner le plus vite possible ! Bravo et merci

Franchement pas du tout d'accord sur les avis concernant qualité/prix. Nous sommes venus à 4, 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 10 ans très bons mangeurs. Nous en avons eu pour 145€ avec une entrée de choux et de salade d'algues, 4 belles assiettes bien remplies (j'ai même eu du mal à finir) un apéro et un dessert. Et bien 36€ chacun pour tout ça avec de la bonne qualité de produits (qd on voit le prix du saumon frais ????) et bien je trouve ça plutôt raisonnable!!

C'est bon, restau bien tenu et service agréable. Prix bien trop élevés pour la quantité, qui ne se traduisent pas par une qualité supérieure perceptible en bouche.
