In winter, come and enjoy the fireplace and taste the tasty dishes concocted by this chef who adapts his menus according to his market finds and the seasons, but always with local produce. As a logical and well-deserved consequence, he has been awarded a Bib Gourmand and a Toque by Gault & Millau. And yet, it remains accessible to all budgets: bravo!
