Classic bistro-brasserie with a traditional spirit for its local dishes with excellent value for money.
We are here in a classic bistro-brasserie, in a traditional spirit perfectly preserved by the owners. You are seated in a long room, with a decoration on the walls of old black and white photos, an old fireplace... On paper placemats, the classic local dishes arrive very quickly: the unavoidable garbure béarnaise, the omelette basquaise and fried ham, the plate of foie gras, the gambas à la planche, the cuttlefish à la provençale, the veal escalope à la crème, and to finish, a caramel cream or a seasonal fruit salad. There are formulas from breakfast to dinner, depending on the time of day.

Simplement excellent! Des plats goûteux et colorés dans une ambiance à la fois bruyante et conviviale et en plus une service impeccable par des des gens hyper sympas!
Franchement notre expérience hier nous a épaté.
Dernier détail: beaucoup moins cher qu'on aurait pensé.
Franchement Le Bristol est désormais mon "go to" restaurant à Oloron.
C'était bondé de monde donc je conseille de réserver. Mais si c'est bondé? Ce n'est pas pour rien.

La comida y la atención impecables, como siempre. Raciones grandes y buen precio. Garbure increíble. Carnes buenísimas. Seguiremos yendo como siempre.

Toujours aussi bon frais et copieux. Si vous voulez manger une excellente Garbure allez au restaurant Le Bristol . Les lieux ont refait peau neuve. Les patrons et les employés Toujours au top. Recommandations, il faut réserver car Toujours complet. Vraiment je vous recommande ce restaurant ou les prix sont raisonnable au vu des assiettes servies.
