This small village of the Somme with 600 inhabitants is a place of passage of the Traverse de Ponthieu. This former railroad line has been converted into a hiking trail that can be explored on foot, on horseback or by bicycle and allows you to discover the Picardy countryside over 24 kilometers. The commune of Caours is a peaceful and pleasant place for walks, and its church, Notre-Dame de l'Heure, is one of the main historical sites of the town. Built in the 12th century, it is distinguished by its remarkable frescoes and stained glass windows, as well as by its beautiful Gothic architecture. Open to the public for visits, it is also the venue for concerts and cultural events.
