With chef Marc-Etienne Mont at the helm, the cuisine here is generous and always inventive, like the heart of veal sweetbreads and langoustines with morel mushrooms, not forgetting the bouillabaisse-style marmite royale de la mer and an impressive selection of seafood. Superbe maison! Tout est parfait ! Accueil ! Repas proposé avec délicatesse et recherche gustative ! Le chef connaît bien son métier ! Sans oublier un établissement très propre , net ! Tout cette équipe attentionnée et souriante auprès du client pour le plaisir partagé ! Pour moi ! Le mieux sur la place dAmiens ????????????
