Welcome to Les Halles de la Maillerie by Biltoki ("the place that brings people together" in Basque), where a team of merry men and women who love sharing and good food are bringing the halles of yesteryear up to date in a rapidly changing district. Conceived as a small village square, these halles bring together 12 local craftsmen and producers of excellence. You'll find Loubati, who makes great burgers and chicken tenders, a truffle delicatessen with Maison Balme, wine merchant Vinimarché and a Lebanese restaurant serving excellent mezzés!
