In 2015, their triple received a bronze medal at the Concours Agricole. But their whites, blondes and ambers are not to be outdone. Not to mention the IPA.

Welcome to Les Halles de la Maillerie by Biltoki ("the place that brings people together" in Basque), where a team of merry men and women who love sharing and good food are bringing the halles of yesteryear up to date in a rapidly changing district. Conceived as a small village square, these halles bring together 12 local craftsmen and producers of excellence. You'll find Loubati, who makes great burgers and chicken tenders, a truffle delicatessen with Maison Balme, wine merchant Vinimarché and a Lebanese restaurant serving excellent mezzés!

But the factory, specialising in chocolate bites and sweets, also produces three thousand tons of praline and thousands of greedy boxes every year. A member of the Biocoop network, the store has been serving organic aficionados, as well as novices and the curious in search of new ways to consume, since 1996. You'll find everything you need to live organically. We particularly like the organic butcher's department (Sicaba/Coeur de Terroir). But Saveurs et Saisons is also the Ferme du Sens and its wild garden, where many of the foods sold in the store come from. A unique place where you can also buy the beer brewed on site: La Moulin d'Ascq!
