Vraiment pas sérieux, à fuir !
Je suis citoyen belge et me suis rendu dans cette concession française, car en Belgique les concessions manquent encore d'infos sur la Fabia 2019...
Quelle déception ! J'ai été reçu par un homme nonchalant, sentant l'alcool qui s'est targué de faire partie des "cadres" et ne pas être "payé à la marge". Il m'a dit qu'il "allait me faire une offre à tomber par terre", que Skoda "enc*** ses concurrents" et que c'est de "la branle***", ce serait "idiot d'acheter ailleurs".
Pendant la conversation il avait un ton et une attitude anormalement "proches" et faisait souvent des petits coups d'épaule, disait de l'appeler par son prénom et demandait s'il pouvait me tutoyer... du jamais vu !
Après m'avoir fait cette offre, je n'ai plus jamais eu de nouvelles... et finalement, heureusement !

J'ai acheté un véhicule d'occasion chez LDA à villeneuve d'ascq et dès le début il y a eu des problèmes. 2 mois plus tard j'ai du me déplacer directement (car pas de réponse du commercial). J'ai parlé avec le directeur pour arranger les choses (réparer ce qui datait d'avant la vente). J'ai récupéré mon véhicule (après 5 jours) et le problème de la boite de vitesse n'a même pas été réglé! (boite à changer??) Au début, le commercial est très sympa, mais une fois les papiers signés (avec arnaque à la clé en ce qui concerne mon véhicule), plus personne! Garage à éviter, en tout cas pour ce qui est des véhicules d'occasion!
