Hotel-restaurant offering traditional cuisine with just the right amount of cooking and seasonal produce.

It is here a traditional cooking which sings the typicity of the Basque Country with an implication in the efficiency of the products, the right cooking and simple statements. According to the season, you will taste the garbure Amatxi, the pigeon pâté, the unavoidable Talopizz... and for the dessert, the brioche perdue and its caramel ice cream - very successful! Classicism in the kitchen, but originality in the presentation. A bar, a real "watering hole" after a game of pala on the fronton.

Open from mid-March to the end of January. Closed on Wednesday and Sunday evenings (except on the eve of public holidays). In season, closed only on Sunday evening. Menus : 22 €, 32 € + menu. Merveilleux, nous faisions un voyage à travers le Pays Basque et c'était notre dernière étape. Eh bien, tout était merveilleux, nous sommes arrivés tard mais il n'y a eu aucun problème, nous sommes allés prendre le petit-déjeuner et il n'y a eu aucun problème, tout était délicieux au petit-déjeuner avec des confitures faites maison et vous pouvez voir l'amour qu'il y a dans cet hôtel, sans aucun doute je j'y retournerais si je traversais la zone. La chambre était super confortable et la salle de bain était propre et avait son propre sèche-cheveux.
Tout était parfait, merci de nous avoir accueillis et traités très bien même si nous ne savions pas parler français.
