It is a Compiègne institution where it is good to sit down to enjoy the good food and the bistro atmosphere, as its name suggests. The reference to the arts is not usurped either, with paintings on the walls of this luminous establishment with an authentic decor. This qualifier can also be found on the plate, with good French gastronomy either as part of a very affordable lunch formula or à la carte. We suggest you the "mitonné de boeuf à la picarde", white bean purée with 4 spices and the profiteroles with salted butterscotch caramel sauce.
