(Avilly-Saint-Léonard) The municipality consists of two hamlets: as Avilly grew faster than that of Saint-Léonard, the Municipality adopted its current name in 1913. This village is typical of the beautiful stone houses, especially for its large building, which is found on the edge of the Nonette (coming from Saint-San). It is the old mill where the wood pipes used for the water supply of the Château de Chantilly park are used in the siècle century. Opposite, the equestrian centre, located in a former farmhouse of the castle. See also: The old laundry that ensured the prosperity of Avilly for two centuries until 1940. Between Avilly and Saint-Léonard, a horse zone was created in 1972.
