Here you will find a beautiful traditional cuisine, made with fresh and local products. Laurent is in charge of the menu. We appreciate the suggestions of the day on the slate, varied and inspired. You will enjoy the unavoidable duck breast from the Landes or the calf's head with ravigote sauce! Home-made garbure in summer, pluma of black pig, ossaloise tartiflette with rolled breast and cheese from the valley. The local dishes are declined and flirt with some specialties of Mexico. Addis, the chef's wife, is a native of Mexico and the mix of the two cuisines is a delight: quesadillas with local cheese, Mexican-style gratin with tortillas! An address that you must discover!

Une très bonne cuisine et la serveuse était agréable.
Le mont d’or était très bien cuit et les patates bien assaisonnées.
Petit bémol pour les quantités un peu « légères » et le refus pour avoir quelques patates en supplément ????…
Le restaurant est très chaleureux et typique de la région.
Cuisine qualitative ,service souriant et efficace.
Aucune hésitation récompensez cet établissement pour cette authenticité un peu austère mais de plus en plus rare de nos jours.
