Open Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 1:30pm to 6pm. Low season: Mondays, 1:30 pm to 6 pm; Saturdays, 10 am to 12:30 pm and 2 pm to 5 pm. High season: Mondays, 1:30pm to 5:30pm; Saturdays, 9:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 6pm; Sundays, 1:30pm to 5:30pm. Closed January 1, May 1, November 1, November 11, December 25. Open on Sundays (in high season, from June 1 to September 30). Tourism & Handicap label.

Office du tourisme

J'ai contacté l'office du tourisme de Saint-Quentin parce que je désirais recevoir de la documentation sur l'événement "Ceci n'est pas un tag", festival street art qui se tient tous les ans dans la ville. Quelques jours plus tard, je reçu rapidement la brochure désirée dans ma boîte aux lettres.

Lieu incontournable avant toute visite. Personnel très attentionné et très souriant. Beaucoup de documentation pour mener à bien la visite de Saint-Quentin. A visiter avant tout monument.

Beaucoup de documentation dans cet office de tourisme, de la documentation en anglais en assez grand nombre.
Le seul hic reste l'accessibilité car il est difficile de se garer aux alentours.

L'accueil est attentionné mais nous aurions aimé une ouverture le dimanche matin. Par ailleurs aucune documentation disponible à propos de la Basilique malgré un programme de visites guidées .
