Stop for a sweet or savoury break at lunchtime to sample these delicacies, accompanied by an excellent coffee roasted on site, or an exceptional tea... Nuggets you can also find at the main local markets.

The red gold or Espelette chili pepper is available here in classic recipes, as well as surprising and tasty creations such as Espelette chili jelly, Basque chutneys and a whole range of organic products. All made without colorants or preservatives. And each new recipe has its own specifications. Try our Gorritu cocktail sauce, olive oil with chilli, piperade, gazpacho and spreads. The Bipia canning factory has been a benchmark since 1997.

The new team and brigade, composed of young bakers and pastry chefs who have taken over this bakery-pastry shop, have the concern of a job well done. Everything is made on the spot, in the laboratory at the back of the store: baguettes with seeds, country bread, twisted bread, rye bread... Fresh and tasty pastries, Basque cakes with cherry or vanilla rum, as well as a nice range of pastries. Already a great know-how for this very young team who trained with master craftsmen!
