The Eurovéloroute3 (or Scandibérique) is the successor to the Green Axis. Inaugurated in June 2014, the circuit is a delight for cyclists and riders alike. The Eurovéloroute3 is a tremendous accelerator for the development of tourism in Thiérache and is part of a desire to open up to Europe. This road crosses the department of Aisne, between Hirson and Quierzy, over a length of 109 kilometres. On a wider scale, the route extends from Trondheim (Norway) to Santiago de Compostela (Spain), over more than 3,000 kilometres. Here, you will be in total communion with nature, in the heart of the bocage, following the course of the Oise river. A green lung to be widely frequented!

L'Eurovéloroute
Autrefois appelé l'Axe vert, sur un ancien tracé d'une ligne de chemin de fer, l'eurovéloroute a été entièrement aménagé pour la pratique de la promenade à pieds à cheval ou à vélo. Parmi les temps forts du parcours, le passage sous le viaduc d'Ohis que l'on aperçoit au loin et que l'on approche majestueusement.

au coeur de la forêt
Entre Hirson et Anor, l'eurovéloroute traverse la forêt. Le cadre est superbe, et on roule sur un revêtement variable ("gros grain", bel enrobé….) mais toujours propre. Par contre, attention, il y a un peu de relief (quelques bonnes petites grimpettes). Un seul regret, cette voie verte n'est pas accessible aux rollers. On peut relier le reseau Ravel belge, qui lui est vraiment top (enrobé, très peu de dénivelé….)
