Seasonal menus and dishes featuring local products, such as portions for mountain dwellers, XXL prime rib, suckling pig, lamb cooked over a wood fire. Local and Spanish wines on the table. To speed up your digestion, there's plenty of hiking to be done, or... a siesta!
