From pig farming to vineyards, this family has gone through several formative stages, from father to son. Pork first, and still relevant today since the ^16th century: "Abotia in Ispoure has been supplying pigs to the inhabitants of Pamplona since 1530", according to the archives. Wine began to exist at the end of the ^19th century. The vineyard almost disappeared until it was resurrected in 1987 with the arrival of the Errecart couple, assisted by their son Peio, on the 8.5-hectare estate on steep hillsides.
