Four generations of bakers and confectioners have succeeded one another in this establishment, which is firmly rooted in the square and smells deliciously of bread. It's as much a part of our heritage as the Commanderie (opposite) and the church. Our bakers serve a loyal clientele a wide range of natural breads, viennoiseries and homemade pastries. The basic products are sourced from local flour mills, and the fruit for the pies comes from the surrounding area. And the well-deserved Eguskia label for their Basque cake!
