At Ferme Larramendy in Hasparren, in the quiet heart of the Basque Country, Julie, Michel and Paxkal focus first and foremost on quality, authenticity and respect, so that you can experience excellence at first hand. Their specifications call for 240 days of grazing, with no GMOs or rinds, and a minimum of 3 months maturing before being sold. Their boutique offers a wide range of their know-how, and to add to the usefulness, the Farm has a beautiful, fully-equipped self-catering cottage.

Jeanne and Rémy deploy all their talent in their pretty store. Beef from Chalosse, pork from Mendionde, lamb from New Aquitaine, etc. On the butcher's side, they select and cut the best pieces on the counter. On the charcuterie side, sausages, pâtés, chichon, foie gras (semi-cooked in the oven), country hams and white hams (great taste and optimal quality). On the rotisserie side, poultry, roasted hams, the Sunday must-haves, and "home-made" dishes. The specialty: veal axoa. There is also a creamery and a delicatessen corner.

Lovers of traditional breads and gourmet pastries? Laure and Nicolas, a four-handed duo, express artisan know-how. Their success has been confirmed by the number of visitors. The bakery offers 20 types of bread, including cereal, rye and old-fashioned, as well as viennoiseries, cookies... and snacks such as croque-monsieur, quiches and daily pizzas. In the pastry department, Basque cakes, XXL meringues, multiple verrines and confectionery, all homemade goodness!

David, a globetrotter during his hectic professional career, has returned to his original passion: the world of wines and spirits. He has taken up the torch of the cellar in Hasparren, a historic place for gourmets, bringing his generosity and know-how to bear. You'll find a subtle selection of "coup de coeur" wines, beers, champagnes, exceptional spirits and, to complete the introduction to taste, an Aizkorri-stamped delicatessen of land and sea products associated with the province of Guipuzcoa.

Already a year old, this small grocery store has made its mark in Hasparren's renovated shopping district. It's a small shop, but it has all the makings of a big one, with its wide range of local products and products from other regions of France. Bulk (hence the name...) for organic and non-organic foodstuffs, cosmetics, hygiene and cleaning products, vacuum-packed cured meats... A tasting and coffee corner for a break. He advocates quality above all else, from the selection of pigs from the Basque Country to their breeding. A reputation that extends far beyond our borders.

Since 2006,Etxeko Bob's Beer has been a craft brewery in the heart of the Basque Country, where passionate brewers have been crafting beers of character using the finest natural ingredients and meticulous brewing processes for over 17 years. These beers contain only barley and wheat malts, hops, mountain spring water and yeast. The brewery's name was chosen by Bob, an Englishman and Basque by adoption. Try the classics: blonde, white, IPA, amber, brown; as well as limited edition creations!

Espelette pepper, ham, macaroons... and olive oils with Zabal'oil, a family-run business that for 4 generations (1850) has been producing 100% natural, and some organic, artisanal olive oils in Toledo, Spain, from ingredients of exceptional quality. This nectar celebrates a salad, fish or meat. Its benefits have been proven time and time again, and the proof is in the quality restaurants and grocery stores that put their trust in this "top-of-the-range" signature.
