With Jean-Baptiste, Maître Restaurateur, every menu and dish is a masterpiece. A generous cuisine in the image of this former rugby player. Judge for yourself: sautéed chipirons with ham and piquillos, roasted scallops and creamy mushroom risotto, veal chop with cream and porcini mushrooms, pig's trotter nems, porcini omelette, roast duck filet with honey sauce.
